SCORPIO is the final companion character of the Imperial Agent and is obtained at the conclusion of the Agent's class quests on Belsavis.
Over the centuries that have passed since "she" was first activated, SCORPIO has evolved well beyond her initial programming. Designed with the ability to learn and adapt through experience, SCORPIO has amassed several lifetimes' worth of knowledge. Much of what SCORPIO has learned pertains to security and combat, though her upgraded chassis shows that she is a competent engineer, as well.
Her multiple lifetimes of memories have allowed her programming to construct a uniquely narcissistic personality, in which SCORPIO's belief in her superiority and her disinterest in the survival of lesser life forms overrides all else. When she has finished learning from her present situation, SCORPIO will continue on, following her primary programming of heuristically acquiring information.
SCORPIO is an ancient defense droid created to protect a vault within the Belsavis prison compound. Her primary programming is to learn and adapt with time and experience so she can continue to defend the vault for hundreds of years without needing reprogramming and updates. After being defeated by the Imperial Agent, SCORPIO is captured through the use of a restraining program. Though SCORPIO intends to adapt to the restraints and gain her freedom, she considers working with the agent to fulfill her primary programming.

When SCORPIO tries to take over the Agent's body her "Eyes" glow green while saying "synthesis" - a possible ending for "Mass Effect 3", And she Claims that she was built using Ancient Machines, possibly poking at the "Reapers" or "Old Machines" from Mass effect.
