Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Before the Jedi Civil War, Telos IV was a planet rivaling Coruscant, and an important Galactic Republic and Jedi military base. During the Jedi Civil War, Darth Malak ordered the bombardment of the planet causing catostrophic destruction. Jedi affiliated, military and political areas were targeted. The facilities at the northern polar ice cap were left untouched.

The planet was then set to be restored by several parties such as the Czerka Corporation and the Ithorians. The Citadel Station was the main base for the restoration, which also helped remove any harmful substances from the atmosphere. Meetra Surik's decisions on whether to help Czerka or the Ithorians affects who takes over the project.

Surik later returns to Telos as it fell under attack by the Sith forces under Darth Nihilus. She helped the Telos Security Force and the united Mandalorian clans as well as with members of the Onderon Military to fight to Ravager, Nihilus's flagship. Surik and her companions were successful in killing Darth Nihilus and destroying his ship.
